Refund & Returns Policy

Returns and Cancellation
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty or damaged:
• Personalised or custom-made prints
• Greeting cards
• Sale items

Personalised Products
Personalised prints created to a customer’s specifications are exempt from the standard cancellation right once production has begun.

Where a digital proof has been provided, the customer is responsible for checking all details before approving the final design. After approval, we cannot accept returns for errors such as spelling mistakes or incorrect information unless the error was made during production.

If changes are required after approval, a reprint may incur an additional charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. This allows us to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Colour Representation
We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations between the screen display and the final printed product do not constitute a defect.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Prints should be returned flat and protected to avoid creasing or damage during transit. Items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
