What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay—so you can order with ease.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at the final stage of checkout.
What are your operating hours?
Our studio is open 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday. There are only two of us, but we aim to reply to all emails and enquiries as quickly as possible.
Do you observe any holidays throughout the year?
We close the studio for Christmas, New Year, and the occasional personal break—everybody needs time to recharge.
When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders ship within 3–5 working days and are FREE for UK customers. For international orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I find out the status of my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number confirming it’s on its way.
If I order a personalised item with other items from your website, will they all ship together?
To stay as eco-friendly as possible, we aim to ship all items from the same order together. However, this isn’t always possible. If we need to send multiple shipments, we’ll let you know so you’re aware that more than one delivery is on its way.
What is your refund and return policy?
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items. However, we do offer refunds for items that arrive damaged due to postal issues or that are lost in the post. Sadly, this can happen, and it’s usually out of everyone’s control.
Are personalised items eligible for returns?
No. Our made-to-order personalised items are not eligible for returns. Once you sign off on the design, it’s final.

What if my order was marked as delivered, but I have not yet received it?
If you have a tracking number, please check the tracking information first. If you still can’t locate your order, email us at graphicdeluxe@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate.
How does the order process work for personalised items?
1. Fill in the requested details on the product page and place your order as normal.
2. Within 1–3 working days, we’ll email you a custom design proof of your product.
3. Review the proof carefully to make sure everything is 100% correct.
4. If you need changes, we’ll update the design and send a revised proof for approval.
We want your personalised product to be perfect, so we’ll keep working with you until all the details are right. Once you sign off on the final design, the order is non-refundable, and we can’t be held responsible for mistakes noticed later. We’ll then print and frame your item to your specifications and ship it straight to you.
How long does it take to receive personalised orders?
Please allow up to 12 working days for personalised items to ship. Personalised orders follow the same shipping and delivery timelines as our art prints. These timeframes start after you’ve approved the digital proof—so keep an eye on your inbox.
What if I need to cancel my personalised order?
Once you’ve confirmed your details and we’ve sent your proof, your order is non-refundable and can’t be cancelled.
